All Stars ("we," "us," "our") operates a platform connecting fans with entertainers for live paid video sessions and exclusive content. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text), and date of birth (for fans, to confirm you are 18 or older).
• Payment information: we do not store your card details. Payments are processed directly by Square, our payment processor.
• Bank account information (entertainers only): to receive payouts, entertainers link a bank account through Plaid, and payouts are sent through Dwolla. We store limited account metadata (such as the last 4 digits of a linked account) but not full account or routing numbers.
• Usage information: session bookings, content purchases, and related activity on the platform.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To process session bookings, content purchases, and payouts
• To communicate with you about your account or transactions
• To maintain the security and integrity of the platform

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the platform:

• Square — to process fan payments
• Plaid — to verify and link entertainer bank accounts
• Dwolla — to send entertainer payouts via ACH transfer
• As required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of All Stars, our users, or the public

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Supabase, which encrypts data at rest and in transit. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to production systems is restricted and protected by two-factor authentication. As an early-stage platform, we do not yet have a fully formalized, documented information security program, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and plan to formalize these practices as the platform grows.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you would like your account and associated data deleted, contact us using the information below and we will process your request.

Your Choices

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Age Requirement

All Stars is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
