By creating an account or using All Stars, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use All Stars, whether as a fan or an entertainer.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
Fans may book live sessions and purchase content from entertainers. Payments are processed through Square. Session pricing is set by each entertainer.
Entertainers may host live paid sessions and post content for purchase. To receive payouts, entertainers must link a bank account through Plaid; payouts are sent via Dwolla. Entertainers are responsible for the accuracy of their content and conduct during sessions.
Users may not use All Stars for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, or to post content that violates applicable law or the policies of our payment processors.
All payments are final unless otherwise stated. All Stars is not responsible for disputes between fans and entertainers regarding session quality or content, though we may assist in resolving disputes where appropriate.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of All Stars after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
